Moto Guzzi V100 Mandello, a tourer that moves the air.

A road bike with moving deflectors gives riders a reason to think about how air reaches the shoulders over a long day.

The Aviazione Navale edition photographed at the Moto Guzzi Museum in September 2026. Colour and equipment vary across the model family.

The V100 Mandello has small panels beside the tank that are easy to overlook when it is parked. At speed they can change position according to the settings and riding mode. Moto Guzzi put that system into a motorcycle intended to work on more than one kind of road, where managing the air around the rider matters as much as shaping the bike itself.

The model brings a liquid-cooled transverse V-twin and shaft final drive to a sport-touring layout. The photographed Aviazione Navale edition puts a particular livery on that underlying proposition. Standard equipment and electronic options vary across the V100 family, so compare the precise specification you are being shown.

Try the bike on an open stretch and at town speed. Pay attention to your shoulders, the screen and the effort of moving it in a parking space. Ask what the service entails at the mileage you expect to cover. A touring motorcycle earns its place on days when the route, weather and riding position all have time to make themselves felt.
