Métier Private Eye, the bag inside the bag.
A removable central compartment lets a carryall become something smaller. The useful detail is inside, away from the logo.

The best feature of a bag may become apparent only when you start taking things out. Métier’s Private Eye contains a central compartment that can detach and be used as a clutch or smaller shoulder bag. It is an idea about the transitions within a day.
A smaller bag within the larger one
The Suede Marrakech version is a mid-sized carryall with an adjustable strap, Alcantara lining and brass hardware. Métier identifies hand-stitching at the handles and other pressure points. The listed capacity includes a 13-inch laptop, but dimensions and the shape of your own belongings remain more useful than a broad promise of versatility.
The internal arrangement is the design argument. It can reduce the need to repack for a shorter outing, while keeping smaller objects from disappearing into one large compartment. The material and quiet exterior are appealing, but they do not excuse an uncomfortable weight or a closure that does not suit its owner.
Try it with your own belongings
Try the bag loaded. Remove and replace the centre, use the strap and check how the handles sit against your coat. Suede asks for its own care, so discuss water exposure, cleaning and repairs before choosing a colour. This is a purchase to evaluate through repeated use. Brand discretion and a high original price do not demonstrate future resale strength.
