Estelon XB Mk II, the room is part of the instrument.
The Estonian loudspeaker’s curved cabinet has an engineering purpose. The meaningful audition begins with the space it will inhabit.

There is a reason these loudspeakers look unlike a pair of boxes. The Estelon XB Mk II narrows, curves and changes depth around its drivers. Its silhouette is striking enough to belong in a considered interior, but the more interesting question is what the shape does when music starts.
The shape has a job
Estelon describes a three-way passive design in a marble-based composite cabinet, with curved internal surfaces, separate chambers and drivers developed with Accuton. The company positions the woofer close to the floor and the other drivers higher up. These are identifiable engineering choices, not proof that every listener will prefer the result.
The practical scale matters. Each cabinet is 126 cm high and weighs 69 kg. The maker recommends rooms of 25 to 50 square metres. This is not a small apartment speaker simply because its waist is slender. Placement, the route into the room and the amplifier belong in the decision from the beginning.
An audition before an acquisition
Arrange an audition with music you know, at the volumes you actually use. Listen away from the ideal centre seat as well as in it. Ask the local dealer about installation, driver replacement and finish care. The enduring value would be a system that makes listening a pleasure for years, with a clear route to support. A specification sheet cannot establish that on your behalf.
