Belperron’s wave, worn on the wrist.
A broad wave of grey gold turns the wrist into a setting for sculpture. Belperron’s contemporary cuff rewards attention to form, surface and fit.

The Wide Wave Cuff has the visual weight of a small sculpture. Its surface rolls rather than sparkles. The effect is a reminder that a jewel can be compelling because of the way metal occupies space, without making a gemstone the centre of the story.
An archive and a current object
Belperron connects the wave motif to Suzanne Belperron’s design vocabulary. This current version is made in 18-karat grey gold. It offers a contemporary way to wear that vocabulary, distinct from acquiring a vintage jewel with its own history and provenance.
Look at the two curled ends and the broad surface between them. The cuff has no central stone to organise the eye. Instead, the changing direction of the metal catches the light and gives a single material several expressions. The interest is in the shape itself, including the opening that lets the wrist remain visible.
How it sits on the wrist
Try it for weight, balance and fit. A broad cuff changes how a sleeve falls and how the hand moves, so those everyday details are part of the decision. Confirm dimensions, hallmarks and the maker’s adjustment and repair arrangements for the exact example.
