Focal Diva Utopia, what an active system takes on.
Focal and Naim put amplification and streaming into the speakers themselves. An audition can show what that gives the listener.

A pair of Diva Utopias can take the place of several separate boxes. The active speakers combine Focal’s drivers and cabinet with onboard Naim amplification and streaming. The arrangement changes what you have to put in the room and what you need from the manufacturer over time.
Start an audition with the source and control method you expect to use at home. Try familiar music at a low level and at your usual level. Move between the listening position and elsewhere in the room. Built-in adjustment and a clean layout matter only if the system works where you listen.
Ask the dealer how the system behaves without a network, which connections you can use directly and how electronic repairs are handled locally. Those answers are part of the design’s practical value alongside the sound and the footprint.
